Cost:

Taxis have meters. The total cost depends on the distance traveled and time spent in the cab. Currently, taxi fares are:

$2.50 for the first 1/3 mile
40 cents for each 1/5 mile thereafter
40 cents per 60 seconds when the cab is not moving.
A 50 cents night surcharge is in effect between 8pm and 6 am
A $1.00 surcharge is in effect 4-8pm weekdays (not including holidays)

Tips:

Please be advised if Nashville Shuttle Express is picking you up from residence, apartment, or office we will need a credit card number to complete the reservation. If there is a need to cancel you must do so at least 2 hours before pick-up, if you do not provide a 2 hour cancellation notice your credit card will be charged for the full amount.
